Requirements
We are soliciting applicants for an Assistant Professor (Universitair Docent) position in the field of complex multiphase flows accompanied by physical and/or chemical transformations.
Applicants must hold a PhD degree in chemical or mechanical engineering, applied physics or applied mathematics (or closely related fields). Candidates with research experience and interest in the field of advanced numerical modeling of transport phenomena are especially encouraged to apply.

Appointment and salary
Base salaries are in the range of € 44,500 - € 70,000 per annum with attractive benefits. Substantial tax benefits apply to non-dutch citizens conditional on the permission granted bij the Dutch Tax Office.

The Department of Chemical Engineering and Chemistry is one of the nine departments of Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e) established in 1957. The department has approximately 500 employees, 16 full professors, 370 undergraduate students and about 170 graduate students (140 Ph.D. and 30 design engineers).
