Assistant Professor in Wood Product Engineering (Sweden)

Wood Products Engineering comprises research and development of wood products in an empirical, verified model world in which the end users products requirements are integrated with material properties and manufacturing processes.

AssignmentsThe job assignment is primarily devoted to plan and develop research, post-graduate, and graduate education in the field as well as supervising graduate and post graduate students. The Assistant Professor is also expected to develop co-operation within Luleå University of Technology and with national and international research environments as well as industrial partners. The Assistant Professor  should also work actively to secure funding and contributing to the development of the department and more generally the university.   QualificationsEligible for employment as Assistant Professor is whom that has been awarded a PhD or have a foreign degree that is judged corresponding to a PhD.
