The topic includes research in a virtual wood-value-chain to develop integrated wood industry processes. Our goal is to develop a Real-Virtual-Reality concept that is working in the industrial context, based on real multi-dimensional data. Based on the expertise in the fields of, wood-metrics, multi-dimensional process modeling / simulation and visualization of industrial processes, the following tasks is performed: Modeling and Simulations Models created from image-based measurement information in real-time perspectives gathered from research and industrial applications. We seek candidates with an MSc/civ.ing. Degree in Wood technology, Engineering Physics or Engineering Mechanics. Moreover, it is important that you can work well in groups and express yourself well in written English.
